Information you submit

The inquiry form asks for your name and email. You can also provide a company, website, business description, areas of interest, a message, and preferred contact method. We use this information to review your request and follow up. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive customer records.

Form storage and delivery

Accepted inquiries are stored in a Cloudflare-hosted database. An email notification containing inquiry details is sent to Microgentic through Resend. A saved inquiry can still reach us even if its notification email is delayed or fails.

The form also records submission time, browser information, an IP address when available, verification status, and delivery status. These records help protect the form and investigate delivery problems. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse before they are accepted.

Website measurement

The production website uses Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand visits and accepted inquiries. Google Analytics may use cookies and browser identifiers. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page loading and website use. Our accepted-inquiry event does not include the form's name, email, company, or message.

Your browser settings and content blockers can affect measurement. Google provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. For provider details, see Google's privacy policy, Cloudflare's privacy policy, and Resend's privacy policy.

For questions about an inquiry, or to request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent us, email hello@microgentic.com. Describe the request without sending additional sensitive information.
